Health & Wellness Coaching is a new concept for many in the UK, unlike in the US. Culturally, we are only familiar with treating those that are sick and fixing a symptom, as opposed to looking for the root cause. Taking a preventative approach can take your wellbeing on a trajectory that you never thought possible. Who doesn’t want to feel happier, healthier, like the very best version of themselves? Sometimes we just need a little helping hand to get there. That’s where I come in, maybe!

There are all sorts of different coaches out there, and the important thing is finding one that is right for you. Here’s what I can tell you about me:

I WON’T be a Wellness Coach that:

  • Puts you on a restrictive diet and tells you to stick to certain meal plans
  • Makes you feel bad for eating food you enjoy
  • Makes you start an unrealistic fitness regime
  • Gives you a quick fix solution to ‘getting healthy’
  • Sells you magic pills to fix your mood, energy and digestive issues
  • Enforces a specific daily routine
  • Tells you you need to get out of your job/relationship/house
  • Tells you you need to meditate and journal daily
  • Pretends I have got it all figured out and arrived at the destination of wellbeing
  • Judges you for your emotions, thoughts, feelings, ideas, beliefs

BUT, here’s what I WILL do:

  • Empower you to listen to your body and be the master of your own health
  • Help you discover the things in life that give you joy and make you feel good
  • Encourage you to make long-lasting habit changes that will have a positive impact on your life
  • Help to reveal your relationship with food and encourage you to fuel your body in a healthy way
  • Uncover what is causing you to feel stressed, anxious or overwhelmed and provide a safe space for you to confront them
  • Support you to find a form of movement that your mind and body loves
  • Build your strength and confidence in both your body and your mind
  • Help you to discover your true passions and purpose in life and make them a reality
  • Give you the support to reach all your goals
  • Give you the accountability to feel motivated and inspired to make positive changes
  • Share tools and strategies to help you on your own journey to the happiest and healthiest version of you!
