In October 2022 I will be launching a group coaching program for a small group of woman who are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, stressed and in need of some support and motivation to help turn things around.  We will be spending six weeks together, meeting weekly on zoom and supporting each other in a group Voxer chat in between. We will be working to reprogram your mindset, manage stress, fuel and energise your body and visualise your dream life that just waiting for you to step into. You will feel calmer, more present, more energised, more resilient and inspired to make positive changes in your life.

"I have always considered myself a ‘healthy person’ but have had the propensity to drink too much which hugely affected my sleep. I had also struggled with being able to relax properly.
