This programme is a partnership and we will work together for a 12 week period that includes 121 coaching, daily support and accountability and a bespoke library of tools and resources to support you on your journey.

It's impossible to move forward in life if you don't know where you are. This life audit will give you the opportunity to discover where you are stuck, what challenges you are facing and what improvements you can make to your life. It is the launchpad for your next chapter. It will start with a comprehensive questionnaire that will address all areas of your life, followed by a deep dive 90 minute coaching session, during which we will create your personalised wellbeing and lifestyle management plan. You'll then have 1 week of support from me to support you to embed your new plan. You may choose to continue with the Life Project 1:1 coaching programme or book this as a standalone session.
