Life isn’t always a smooth ride (trust me, I know). As a mum, business owner, and coach, I’ve faced the same pressures you’re juggling: school and career burnout, self-doubt, relationship struggles, and the constant push to do everything while neglecting my own needs. But here’s what I learned: there’s a way to balance it all. It starts with looking after you first.
I bring a unique blend of professional experience and personal insight to my coaching. My journey started 15 years ago when I began working with young people as a teacher, and since then, I’ve ventured into entrepreneurship, become a mother, and trained as a coach. With a degree in Psychology and certifications in wellbeing, resilience, and mindfulness, I’m equipped to support you in creating lasting change. More importantly, I’ve been where you are—overwhelmed, anxious and burnt out, and learnt the hard way how to prioritise my health and happiness.
